Return & Refund Policy for Ohio Roof Unlimited
At Ohio Roof Unlimited, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Because we provide custom construction services (Roofing, Siding, and Gutters) rather than physical merchandise, our policy is structured as follows:
1. Satisfaction Guarantee Our owner, Mark Arbino, is on every job site to ensure work is completed to the highest industry standards. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our workmanship, please notify us immediately. We are committed to addressing and correcting any issues to ensure the project meets the agreed-upon specifications.
2. Cancellations

Residential/Commercial Projects: If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please contact us at least 72 hours prior to the start date.

Custom Materials: Deposits made for custom-ordered materials (such as specific siding colors or specialty roofing) may be non-refundable once the order has been placed with our suppliers.

Permit Fees: Any fees already paid to local municipalities (Cincinnati, Anderson Township, etc.) for building permits are non-refundable.
3. Refunds Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once a service has been performed and materials have been installed, refunds are generally not issued; however, all work is covered under our Craftsmanship Warranty. If a billing error has occurred, please notify us and we will issue a correction or credit within 7 business days.
4. Warranty Claims Our work is backed by both manufacturer warranties (on materials like Norandex siding or shingles) and our own labor warranty. If you experience an issue after the job is complete, such as a leak or installation defect, please contact us at 513-290-1755 to schedule a warranty inspection.
